Hey. My name is Artem, I'm a rider from St. Petersburg, Russia.This is gonna be my 3'rd season. You know, the last six months here were a bit cold, so All Year Longboarding became a challenge in real life too:)I'm an AVRORA crew rider. Any other Hobbies?
I like to sing and play the guitar. And I like all sorts of martial arts. I used to do karate, but now I'm only doing nunchaku freestyle. You know, these are sticks fastened by a chain together like in ninja turtles :)
And yes, it's probably not a hobby, but I'm studying as a marketer and I adore to be engaged in market analytics. It at least makes the brains work and just interesting in general.
Favourite spot?
- St. Petersburg is not rich in places for Longboarding. But my favorite place is Krestovsky Island. There are a lot of smooth asphalt, a small bridge from which you can dance at speed, and beautifull view of the bay. And also there is the most expensive at the moment (but still not the best) football stadium, which glows very cool in the evening. Very atmospheric place
Do you see yourself winning a big Race?
Firstly, I would not want to overestimate my strength. But it is worth saying that anyone can win in any competition if he persists in working on a skill and loving what he does.So I try to do my best and I really love boards.
Favourite movie?
I can not say that I have a favorite movie, but for some time I really liked the "Shindler's List" with Liam Neeson
Oh, and as the former skateboarder, I want to mention the video "Fully Flared" by Lakai :)
