How many member are in the crew?

There is 20-30 people who combine functions of riders, organizators, photographers, videographers and just awesome people..

What does your crew name mean?

We were looking for a name that will be fairly sharp - Wheel bite .. What can be more sharp and more rapid than the wheel bite?

How long have you been skating together? How did everything start?

In 2012, a couple of guys from Moscow decided to establish a non-commercial project - a local community of skaters who not only flaunted with longboards in parks, but also strive to steeply anneal on the slopes. Among other things, it was the desire to instill the longboard to the community the concept of safe and confident riding any descents. During the existence of the Wheelbite Crew, its composition and the involvement of members in the life of the community have changed many times, but by and large the community resembles a big family and it keeps growing.

Whats your favourite spot to skate and chill ?
There is one lovely hill in Moscow where you can always find someone to skate with. There are no cars, two corners, and lighting in the evening. Perfect place to learn slides and chill with homies.

Any wanted event attendance for the future?

We want to go to as much events as we can! For sure it will again be Alpenrauschen and Knk, BelaJoyRide and who knows what else.

Do you normally do skate trips (non events related)? Which one is the best for you?

For three years we were going to Caucasus mountains to bomb the road to Elbrus. It was the radest trip for sure.

Any really wanted trips for the future?

Anywhere where it is possible. We really want to go to Caucasus one more time, and are dreaming about all roads in Spain, Germany, French Alps, Italy...almost all of Europe actually. USA of course.

Have you been with the whole crew to any big Event? Which one is the best for you?

A big part of our crew was on Alpenrauschen (where we were AlpenRussian squad) and Knk Camp first week. Also some of our members were on IDF races, and other events of BMS. They are all good and have their own special atmosphere.

Anything else that you wanna share with our readers?

Skate more, but the most important part is - have fun! We will be happy to show skaters from all over the world what downhill skateboarding looks like in Russia, and to ruin some stereotypes about this huge country, or to improve some of them, who knows =)

We just started this new project, I hope you have been checking out All Year Long site, what do you think about it?

The idea of the website is awesome. It shows how big the skate community is, and how many possibilities it gives to skaters.
